No fine print, no confusion — just honest answers about what's included and how it all works.
Most coaching works at the level of thought and strategy. If you've done the thinking work and nothing's shifting, it's because the pattern lives in the body - not the mind. Somatic work targets the nervous system directly. That's the difference.
Somatic coaching is not therapy and doesn't require any mental health history. It's a forward-focused practice. If you're currently in a mental health crisis, we'll talk on your intro call about whether this is the right fit right now.
Most clients find one weekly session plus 10-15 minutes of daily practice is enough to create real change. The tools are designed for real life - not a retreat setting. You don't need more time, you need the right tools.
Most clients notice a shift in their nervous system responses within the first 2-3 sessions. Deeper pattern change - the kind that holds - typically takes 8-12 weeks of consistent practice. This isn't a quick fix, but it's also not a years-long process.
A fair question. Ask yourself what another year of the same patterns costs you - in opportunities missed, in energy spent managing anxiety, in the gap between where you are and where you want to be. The investment is real. So are the results.
The majority of Dani's clients are high-functioning people who look fine from the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or below their own potential. You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support.
Sessions are conversational and guided - no lying on a floor or strange exercises. Dani helps you tune into physical sensations, breathwork, and body-based practices woven into a coaching conversation. Many clients do sessions from their office chair.
